1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days across South Africa, depending on your location. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Orders under R200: A flat delivery fee of R100.
Orders R200 or above: Free delivery.
3. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
4. Are all items returnable?
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or if they are final sale:
Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
Socks
Clearance or final-sale items
5. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are allowed, subject to availability. If the item isn’t available, you can choose a refund or store credit.
6. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your parcel is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
7. Who is responsible if my parcel is lost or damaged during shipping?
We take responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged due to our error.
