A: Good news! Most orders reach our South African customers within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Once we ship your goodies, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: How much does shipping cost?

Orders under R200: a flat delivery fee of R100
Orders R200 or above: free delivery!
Q: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I just don’t like it?
A: Absolutely! We offer 30 days to return your order. Just make sure items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached. And don’t forget your proof of purchase. Easy peasy!
Q: Are all items returnable?
A: Not quite. For hygiene or final-sale reasons, some items cannot be returned:
Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)

Clearance or final-sale items
